जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार : उत्तराखण्ड में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की जनसेवा पहल
उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान के माध्यम से शासन को सीधे जनता के बीच ले जाने का एक विस्तृत और प्रभावी प्रयास शुरू किया है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देशन में 17 दिसंबर 2025 से यह कार्यक्रम पूरे प्रदेश में संचालित हो रहा है, जिसका उद्देश्य नागरिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे उनके क्षेत्र में प्रदान करना और जनसमस्याओं का मौके पर ही त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है।
यह अभियान 45 दिनों तक सभी 13 जनपदों में न्याय पंचायत और ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर आयोजित बहुउद्देश्यीय शिविरों के माध्यम से चलाया जा रहा है। इस दौरान सैंकड़ों शिविर आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं, जिनमें ग्रामीण और दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के लोगों ने अपनी समस्याएँ प्रस्तुत की हैं। प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में कई मामलों का मौके पर समाधान किया गया और लंबित शिकायतों को संबंधित विभागों द्वारा शीघ्र समाधान के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
कार्यक्रम के तहत नागरिकों को सरकारी प्रमाण पत्रों के लिये आवेदन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा व आर्थिक सहायता योजनाओं का लाभ और रोजगार तथा आजीविका से जुड़ी सेवाएँ सीधे प्राप्त हो रही हैं। अभियान में अब तक लाखों नागरिकों ने भाग लिया है तथा सरकार की योजनाओं का प्रत्यक्ष लाभ लिया है।
सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्वयं भी अनेक जगहों पर जाकर जनसेवा के इस अभियान का निरीक्षण किया और स्थानीय लोगों से मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं का मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया। सीएम कार्यालय स्तर से पूरे अभियान की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है।
राज्य सरकार की ये पहल सुशासन, संवेदनशील प्रशासन और जवाबदेही का मॉडल है। सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि आम आदमी को सरकारी सेवाओं के लिये कार्यालयों के चक्कर न काटने पड़े बल्कि प्रशासन स्वयं जनता के द्वार जाए एवं समस्याओं का समाधान करे। इस प्रक्रिया से शासन और जनता के बीच की दूरी कम हुई है तथा लोगों में सरकार के प्रति विश्वास और सकारात्मक भावना बढ़ी है। यह अभियान उत्तराखण्ड में पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह और जनकेंद्रित शासन व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हो रहा है।
